Service Description
Get a clear answer on what is wrong with your appliance from a former Samsung product support engineer. I don’t just treat symptoms; I find the actual cause of the failure to make sure the job is done right the first time. What is included: Expert Diagnosis: I perform a full technical inspection to find exactly why your unit failed. Complete Health Check: I check the rest of the appliance for any other issues to ensure it stays running. Upfront Quote: You will receive a clear, flat-rate estimate for the total repair. Repair vs. Replace Advice: I’ll explain how the repair cost compares to buying a new unit so you can decide what makes the most sense for you. If repair is authorized, the diagnostic fee is credited to the repair cost. Specializing in out-of-warranty Samsung and other major brands.
Policy
Scheduling & Access Professional Courtesy: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Safety Requirements: An adult (18+) must be present for the duration of the service. For the safety of your pets and our technician, please ensure all pets are secured in a separate area during the disassembly of machinery. Service & Pricing Standard Diagnostic: A service fee covers travel and expert diagnosis. If a repair is authorized during the visit, this fee is credited in full toward your labor total. Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the visit. A 50% deposit is required for all special-order parts before an order is placed.
